1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Florida Tennis Family website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. Florida Tennis Family ("FTF," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Florida Tennis Family is a community platform operated as the official Florida Section of the American Tennis Association. We provide a directory of tennis clubs, event listings, club membership registration, and related community services. Our Services are intended to connect clubs, players, and communities across the state of Florida.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Club Membership & Payments

Club registration requires an annual membership fee of $55.00 USD, billed as a recurring annual subscription through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an annual basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Donations

Donations made through our platform are voluntary, one-time contributions processed through Stripe. Donations are non-refundable and are used to support the mission and operations of Florida Tennis Family. Donations do not confer membership benefits or any other entitlements.

6. Club Listings & Content

Club owners are responsible for the accuracy of their club listing information. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any club listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Listings are subject to admin approval before appearing in the public directory. We do not guarantee any specific level of visibility, traffic, or membership growth as a result of being listed on our platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; or (f) use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by FTF.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are the property of Florida Tennis Family or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Tennis Family and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
